Do you offer individual room bookings?
Our villas are best suited for families and groups, but couples will also enjoy the added privacy. While we usually rent the entire villa, individual room bookings may be available depending on availability.
Are children allowed to stay at the villas?
Yes, children are welcome. However, please note we do not provide childcare services. The villas have open outdoor areas and unprotected pools, so supervision of young children is strongly recommended.
Is there parking on-site and drivers’ quarters?
Yes, on-site parking is available at all villas. However, we do not provide sleeping quarters for drivers.
Are your villas staffed?
We have a villa manager who overlooks the operations, chef who you can discuss your daily meal requirements with, housekeepers to take care of the house daily and attend to your needs, as well as security personel.
What amenities are provided in the rooms?
In each room, you will find shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap as well as bath towels, hand and face towels.
Is the sea safe to swim in?
The sea at our doorstep, while inviting is quite rough and we do not recommend swimming in the waters even if you are a strong swimmer. There are several places within a few minutes of our villa where the sea is calmer and safer for swimming. Our staff will be able to give you a few options based on your interests.
Can we walk to the cafes and beaches?
For our villas near Galle, Bellini Blue and On The Rocks, there are several beachfront cafes and beaches within a short tuktuk ride.
Can transport to the airport be arranged?
We can arrange airport transfers or to your next destination within Sri Lanka. In the area, the best mode of transport is the tuktuk, and you can easily hail one right outside our villas.
Can day-trips and excursions be arranged?
We do offer few excursions from the properties, get in touch with our reservations or villa manager to plan the excursion
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed at any of the villas at any time.
Can we host events at the villas?
We do allow small intimate events, please contact us directly for any enquiries.
